NZ Clinical Mastery was born out of a simple truth: internationally qualified nurses are skilled, dedicated professionals who deserve a fair chance to succeed in New Zealand.
Our founders are experienced NZ Registered Nurses who have worked across hospitals, community settings, and education. Over the years, we watched talented nurses from the Philippines, India, the United Kingdom, South Africa, and dozens of other countries struggle — not because of a lack of clinical ability, but because they did not have the right preparation for New Zealand-specific exam formats, communication expectations, and cultural norms.
We decided to do something about it.
We built NZ Clinical Mastery as the programme we wished had existed when we were training. Every resource, every session, every piece of feedback is designed with one goal in mind: helping you become a confident, capable, registered nurse in New Zealand — as quickly and sustainably as possible.

A portion of every enrolment fee is reinvested into free resources, community scholarships, and support programmes for nurses who need extra assistance — because we believe every qualified nurse deserves a pathway forward.
Our training team consists entirely of practising or recently practising NZ Registered Nurses, alongside specialist communication coaches and trained Kiwi actors who understand the clinical environment.
We do not hire generic tutors. We hire nurses who love teaching — and who take your success personally.
New Zealand Clinical Mastery is founded and led by three experienced, practising New Zealand Registered Nurses — each with a personal understanding of what it takes for an internationally qualified nurse to succeed in the New Zealand healthcare system. This is not a corporate training company. This is a team of nurses who have lived the journey and are committed to guiding you through yours.
Nimmy Joy is a NZ Registered Nurse and passionate educator who began her New Zealand journey as an international student in 2017, completing her Bachelor of Nursing at UCOL, Palmerston North. With extensive clinical experience across multiple New Zealand health sectors — and a current role at a District Health Board — Nimmy has been actively involved in OSCE training and mentoring for internationally qualified nurses since NCNZ introduced the assessment. Her student-centred approach, first-hand understanding of the IQN registration pathway, and deep knowledge of New Zealand clinical practice standards make her an exceptional guide for nurses navigating their path to NCNZ registration.
Jinu Stuwart is a proud Kiwi Registered Nurse with over a decade of dedicated service across New Zealand’s healthcare sector, with experience spanning rest homes and public health settings in roles including Registered Nurse, Clinical Educator, and Manager. Originally from India, Jinu holds postgraduate qualifications in Health and Management from the UK and New Zealand, and brings a rich blend of clinical expertise, leadership, and lived international experience to NZ Clinical Mastery — making him uniquely placed to mentor internationally qualified nurses on their journey to becoming registered Kiwi RNs.
Divya Mohan is a NZ Registered Nurse and Clinical Liaison Nurse with over eight years of experience across New Zealand’s aged care, rehabilitation, and mental health sectors. Originally from South India, Divya holds a Bachelor of Nursing, a Master’s in Medical and Surgical Nursing, and a Graduate Diploma in Nursing from Ara Institute of Canterbury, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Advanced Nursing at Auckland University of Technology. She collaborates with the University of Canterbury, Ara, and the University of Otago in her clinical liaison role, and brings a strong commitment to nursing education and the professional development of internationally qualified nurses.
